- This is a free, education-focused industry event
- Limited exhibitor spaces available — early commitment recommended
- Exhibition is outdoors (car park area)
- Exhibitors must provide their own shelter and be prepared for all weather conditions
Demonstrations
Exhibitors are encouraged to demonstrate their products, provided:
- Activities remain within your allocated space
- No ground disturbance occurs
- Demonstrations do not take place on grassed areas
Creative, small-scale or visual demonstrations are strongly encouraged to maximise engagement.
